Is there a formal contract?
Yes. The online agreement you sign during booking is a legally binding contract under Illinois law and the E-SIGN Act.
What if my plate number changes?
Notify us in advance and we'll update your registration right away. Access is always tied to your registered plates.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via QuickBooks Payments. Recurring billing is automatic each month.
Is there camera coverage?
Yes — 24/7 video surveillance across the entire lot. We can provide footage upon request in case of any incident.
When does billing start?
Your first payment is prorated from your move-in date. Recurring billing begins on the 1st of the following month.

💡 How billing works: Your first payment covers the remaining days of your move-in month (based on 30-day billing cycle). Starting the 1st of the following month, you will be charged the full $350/spot automatically on the 1st of each month.
TRUCK PARKING AGREEMENT
Knell Road Montgomery — 1200 Knell Road, Montgomery, IL 60538
This Agreement is entered into between KNELL ROAD MONTGOMERY ("Provider") and the undersigned individual or company ("Tenant") upon submission of this form and successful payment.
1. PREMISES
Provider agrees to lease designated parking space(s) at 1200 Knell Road, Montgomery, IL 60538, for the parking of registered commercial vehicles only.
2. TERM & PAYMENT
– Monthly rate: $350 per space
– Minimum term: 1 month (month-to-month thereafter)
– First payment prorated based on move-in date
– Recurring billing on the 1st of each month
– Late fee: $50 after failed payment attempt
– After 14 days of non-payment, access may be terminated and vehicle may be towed at Tenant's expense
3. CANCELLATION
Tenant must provide 7 days written notice to cancel. No refunds for partial months after notice is given.
4. PERMITTED USE
– Parking is assigned to registered plate numbers only
– Plates may be updated with prior written notice
– No mechanical work, repairs, or fluid changes on the lot
– No storage of hazardous materials
5. ACCESS
– 24/7 access for registered vehicles
– Access may be revoked for violations of this Agreement
6. LIABILITY
– Provider maintains 24/7 video surveillance
– Provider is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or contents, but will cooperate in providing footage upon request
– Tenant assumes all risk associated with use of the lot
7. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By checking the boxes below and submitting payment, Tenant agrees to all terms of this Agreement. This electronic agreement constitutes a legally binding contract under Illinois law and the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).
